This exciting project for an Australian company was based around drone legislation. Working to tight deadlines, my role was storyboarding complex content into short, sharp, bitesize modules to be developed in Articulate Rise.

For this project, I took the lead in instructionally designing the content and suggesting design ideas. My storyboards were completed within a word document - the examples below are the final product.
The Project
These online courses were developed for drone pilots in Australia so they could fly within the rules and regulations. My role was to go through the content and storyboard short, bitesize, mobile responsive learning modules.
The Process
With development taking place within Articulate Rise, I storyboarded each module visualising how it would look in the software. I would suggest imagery, blocks and the layout, as well as writing the content, each storyboard would be around 2000/3000 words depending on the content. This detailed storyboarding process helped speed up the building of the modules.
The Content
With much of the content being technical, most of the instructional design work came in breaking it down into manageable chunks. The content was broken into a mix of videos, flipcards, audio clips and stepped processes. Consisting of 4 parts and 100's of hours of content, this was a very intense but rewarding project.
