Based in New South Wales, I was brought in to help this company develop existing training into an online module. Working with sensitive content, the final product was made to be very visual, using unique design concepts and lots of interactivity.

This project was storyboarded and built within Articulate Storyline by me, on behalf of SD Strategies.
The Project
The purpose of this project was to help raise awareness to businesses in Australia of modern slavery occurring down the supply chain.
The Content
A mixture of both legislative and facts and figures, I wanted to use examples within the content of how modern slavery can be right in front of you without businesses necessarily knowing. Much of the course was narrated and lots of imagery was used alongside animated visual to keep the learner engaged.
Behavioral change
I wanted to try and convince the learner that making changes to their behaviors would help others as well as their company. I would use scenarios and case studies to show the damage that could be done to lives and even their business if certain aspects were ignored. I have always found in my experience that if you can back up your point with a scenario that the learner can relate to, you're much more likely to achieve that behavioral change.
